Where Outer Success Meets Inner Wholeness
Hi! I’m Chaya Parkoff — Licensed Clinical Social Worker, trauma therapist, coach, speaker and educator.
Backed by neuroscience. Rooted in ancient wisdom. Strengthening relationships from the inside out.
You look capable. And you are.
But if your nervous system lives on edge or feels stuck, success doesn’t feel authentic.
I help individuals, couples, and communities heal what needs healing, regulate their nervous systems, and move forward with clarity and connection — through Brainspotting, somatic therapies, IFS / parts work, and the depth of Jewish wisdom.
I invite you to deepen your relationships, soften reactivity, and expand your presence.
For High-Capacity Adults Who Want More Than Functioning
You are responsible. Thoughtful. High-functioning.
You may be:
• Leading a family
• Leading a team
• Building a career
• Raising children
• Navigating partnership
• Moving through transition
And yet internally you may still feel:
• Activated
• Reactive
• Carrying old trauma
• Hard on yourself
• Strong outside, unsettled inside
You don’t just want coping skills. You want resolution.
You want your inner world to feel as steady as your outer life appears.
Work With Me
Private Brainspotting Intensives
Focused. Contained. Transformative.
My flagship offering.
Brainspotting-centered, extended half-day sessions designed for accelerated trauma resolution and nervous system integration.
Intensives allow us to go beyond insight and into measurable nervous system shift.
Clients often experience substantial reductions in emotional intensity and reactivity. Experiences that once felt overwhelming frequently lose their charge and no longer drive present-day responses.
As internal patterns shift, relationships change — with partners, children, colleagues, and community.
Ongoing Therapy & Coaching
For those who prefer steady support.
Sessions integrate:
• Brainspotting
• Somatic nervous system regulation
• Parts-based work
• Attachment-informed therapy
• Spiritual integration when desired
The goal is not dependency.
It is capacity.
Some clients work with me for a season and graduate.
Others maintain an ongoing therapeutic relationship as a steady, reflective space in their lives.
Both are welcome.
Brainspotting
Deep Healing. Real Resolution.
It supports:
Trauma resolution
Reduction in chronic anxiety
Decreased reactivity
Leadership presence
Performance enhancement
Attachment repair
Insight is helpful.
Embodied integration creates lasting change.
Learn More About Brainspotting
Life is an invitation. How do you want to RSVvP™?
When something triggers us, we usually experience it as an irritation in the way. The RSVvP™ Method offers a different possibility: what if it’s an invitation that is the way? The way back to yourself, to the people you love, and to Something Bigger.
RSVvP™ is a simple, science-backed, soul-centered framework for responding to life’s hard moments instead of reacting to them.
R: Recognize + Realize
Notice the clues in your body, feelings, and thoughts. Then shift your mindset: this too is an invitation.
S: Stabilize + make Space
Calm your nervous system first. Then make room for the part of you that’s upset, without letting it take over.
V: Validate
Acknowledge what you feel. There’s always a reason for it, even if you don’t know what it is yet.
v: without victimhood
The little crossed-out v is a reminder that you can honor your pain and still keep your power.
P: Pause + Plug In + Plan
Take a breath. Connect to your inner wisdom or Something Bigger. Then choose your next step on purpose.
The method draws on nervous system science, parts work, and timeless spiritual wisdom. The goal isn’t perfection. It’s the space between the trigger and your response, where your choice lives.
